Services
Emergency Services & Support is a small, yet strong company that provides personalized call center services for urban police, fire, hospitals, and private practice doctors. We care for the community by providing after-hours doctor and hospital on-call support, 911 call center redundancy support, disaster command and communications support, and mobile services of all kinds.

Our Goal
Our goal is to support the existing urban infrastructure in order to provide reliable backup services in the event of any catastrophe or anticipated shortage and downtime.
Primary Locations
We maintain offices in 5 different large cities in the United States: Los Angeles, New York, Washington DC, Phoenix, Dallas, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Detroit, Portland, and Tampa Bay.
Certified Employees and Technicians
We employ 50 support technicians at each office, all of whom are Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid certified for both adults and children. Additionally, we always have a registered nurse on-site. We also have an excellent corporate staff of 5 people in Phoenix whose sole job is to ensure that our technicians, equipment, computers, training, and communications systems are 100% efficient 100% of the time.
