Following the grading rubric and the short checklist below are crucial before submitting your final draft.

Should meet the word count of 750-1000 words |
Do not go over or under the word count |
Should apply the feedback from the first draft Is the thesis statement clear? |
Should apply the feedback from the first draft Does the thesis take a clear position that can be opposed and list the three subtopics? |
Should be proofread and spellchecked |
Avoid using contractions (don’t, it’s, doesn’t) |
Should be written in third person |
Avoid using first person nouns (I, me, we, you, etc.) |
Most to all of the information in the essay should be paraphrased and cited for a paraphrase |
Make sure that you include a reference page and sources listed are cited in-text as well on the reference page |
Review the Turnitin report to ensuring that all content is paraphrased well |
Do not complete final submission without reviewing the Turnitin report |
